A month-long community journey to unlock the power of your daily morning practice.

May 1-31st, 2026 | Registration is Closed

The secret to your future is hidden in your daily routine.

A simple morning rhythm can shape how you feel, and how you move through the world. We created Collective Practice because even with this awareness, it can be hard to stay consistent on your own.

This space exists to share powerful wisdom and practices, held by accountability in community.

A place to begin, or begin again.

Seasonal Guides + Practices

This cohort features new practices and materials created specifically for Spring.

Together, we learn from elders and guides who share lineages that we hold in great respect.

Building habits is hard, but it’s easier together.

In community, we find the courage to grow.

Collective Practice is a global, intergenerational community of hundreds of artists, explorers, parents, teachers, and entrepreneurs, united by a shared passion of being in greater service to ourselves and others.

Everyone is welcome here!

  • Absolutely! We encourage parents as well as busy professionals to join us, as we’ve seen the profound effects of a morning practice on those who typically don’t have much time or space for themselves.

You get to create a morning practice that works for you. This means it’s up to you to decide how much time you wish to dedicate each morning.

If you don’t have time to do your practice right away, you can always do it at a different time of day (afternoon break, or in the evening before bed).

Every practice is under twenty minutes, though you can make it longer, if you’d like. The beauty of our programming is that it’s flexible and entirely dependent on your schedule.

  • No – there are no daily zoom calls. You’ll be able to choose an on-demand practice and do so on your own time. All practices have the option to download for offline listening.

  • We’re equally wary of all of the threads of digital communication that we’re asked to juggle. That said, we’ve found that it can be hard to remain consistent with your practice for 30 days in a row.

We use WhatsApp as a very simple mechanism to stay connected to the rest of the participants, and to remain accountable to followthrough. However, if group chats aren’t your thing, there’s no pressure to be active in it.

  • There's a few reasons why Collective Practice could still be great for you.

    1. You want to try out new modalities and find a practice (or combo of practices) that's best for this current moment in your life.

    2. We hear from folks all the time that our community accountability and shared dialogue is incredibly helpful and energizing for their practice, regardless of how many years they've been at it.

  • It’s okay to fall off your practice – we’re human, and life happens. If you miss a day, you can just pick it up again the next day. We believe that we have an opportunity to begin again every day.

  • In addition to this season’s guided practices, you’ll also have access to the entire Practice Library of 20+ practices that range from breathwork to creative writing, recorded in video + audio options to download for offline listening.

  • We spend a great deal of time curating the right combination of guides that offer diverse perspectives and modalities. Our guides are elders and wisdom keepers who share lineages that we hold in great respect – many of which are not easily accessible to the public.

  • Unless you have a timezone or schedule conflict, the launch call on Sept. 30th and the closing call on Oct. 30th is required to attend. All of the calls and live workshops will be recorded and sent to the group afterwards in case you can’t make it.
